Crewplate started as one working answer to a question we kept hearing from real crews: why does running the business take longer than doing the work?
Crewplate comes out of Virginia, built shoulder-to-shoulder with working pressure washing, detailing, holiday lighting, and landscaping crews — the kind of outfits where the owner quotes at red lights and does invoices after dinner. We watched where the hours actually leak: re-typing the same quote, chasing the same invoice, the whiteboard that doesn't answer texts.
So we built the plate: one place where the quote becomes the job becomes the invoice becomes the money — with math a crew can trust and honesty a crew can feel. No demo-call gauntlet. No feature held hostage three tiers up. No pretending the software does things it doesn't.
The first 25 companies building their books on Crewplate — and telling us the truth about it — will be named here (with their permission) permanently. There are spots left.
