🤝 The Founding Crews deal — 25 spots. Use Crewplate free through the whole beta. Give us honest feedback when things are rough. At public launch, your price is 50% off those numbers, for life, and your company gets first claim on new features. When the 25 are gone, they're gone. Claim yours

* Launch pricing — final at public launch, and Founding Crews are protected either way. Annual billing (2 months free) and AI-press top-ups arrive with billing itself. An "AI press" is one tap of any ✦ button; unused presses don't roll over.*

Fair questions

Is Crewplate free right now?

Yes. Everything is free during beta — we'd rather you stress-test the books than pay us early. Billing arrives at public launch with plenty of warning, and Founding Crews lock 50% off for life.

Do I need a card to start?

No card, no demo call, no "talk to sales." Email, password, company name — you're quoting in under a minute.

What's a "user"?

Anyone with their own login. Roles run Owner, Admin, Office, Crew lead, Tech — each sees exactly what their role should, enforced by the database itself, not just hidden buttons.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Export-everything hands you the complete books as a single file, any time. Your clients and your money history are yours — that's not a retention strategy, it's a principle.

Where does card processing stand?

Online invoice payments (card/bank) are in the build queue for launch, on processor-standard rates* — until then Crewplate tracks checks, cash, and Zelle-style payments the way crews actually collect today.

Is there a contract?

Month to month, cancel any time, export on the way out. Annual is optional and just cheaper.
